I wonder if I put a few words here?

Physical Wellness

Physical wellness involves being healthy in a tangible way. It, like other parts of wellness, depends on consistency and forming desirable habits. Exercising regularly and “eating right” are often examples of one’s physical health. Also included in physical wellness is sleep hygiene. These will be the three areas I track in my journey to wellness.

Using a Fitbit to track daily steps and recording my success at daily planks, I will post blogs and a chart demonstrating my exercise pattern over the next two months.

As for eating right, I will consult with a nutritionist and post her suggestions along with some recipes I have tried.
